Come visit us at Great Escape Cabins. The following information will help you to prepare for your vacation at Great Escape Cabins. Please read the following policies regarding your reservation:
Reservations Payment
In order to secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. We accept payments via e-transfer or credit card. Head over to our contact us page to start the reservation process.
Guests are responsible for all damages incurred during their stay. As well, guests will be charged a cleaning fee if the cabin is not left clean. A credit card must be left on file during your stay.
Large Group Fee
Cabin 1 and 3 – $15.00 per person, per night, after 4 guests.
Cabin 5 – $25 per person, per night, after 4 guests.
Cabin 6 – $25 per person, per night, after 6 guests.
Additional Reservation Details
- One Night Stay subject to $25.00 cleaning fee
- Minimum 2-night booking on Friday and Saturday night
- Long-Weekends we require a minimum three (3) night booking
- Cabin 5 and 6 requires 2-night minimum always
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. We do our best to keep our website rates current, but can confirm rates upon reservation.
Cancellations
Full reservation deposits will be returned if notice is given 90 days prior to arrival date. After which, the deposit previously paid becomes a non-refundable cancellation charge.
Ice Hut Rentals are non-refundable.
Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check-In time is 3:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. If you wish to stay later, you are more than welcome to do so, but must vacate your room by check-out time in order to provide cleaning staff enough time to prepare for the next guests.
Pets
A pet fee of $20.00 per dog, per day will be charged for the duration of your stay. This fee is in addition to the regular accommodation rate.
Pet Restrictions:
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while outside the cabin.
- No Unattended Pets: Pets are not permitted to be left alone or unattended in the cabin at any time during your stay.
- Furniture and Bed Restrictions: Dogs are not permitted on furniture (including couches, chairs, and ottomans) or beds.
- Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs both inside and outside the cabin. This includes vacuuming dog hair before departure and the “poop and scoop” cleanup throughout the entire property.
- Aggressive Dogs: Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the property. Aggressive behavior includes, but is not limited to, excessive barking, growling, snapping, or any behavior that poses a threat to other guests, staff, or property.
Consequences of Violation:Guests who violate any of the above rules may be asked to leave the property immediately. In such cases, guests will forfeit their reservation and any payments made.
A “Guests with Pets” Agreement MUST be signed upon arrival, agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Currency and Taxes
All rates and fees shown are in Canadian dollars. A 13% HST Tax will be added to all rates and fees.
Gratuities
We do not charge gratuities, we leave that up to individual guest’s discretion.
