Come visit us at Great Escape Cabins. The following information will help you to prepare for your vacation at Great Escape Cabins. Please read the following policies regarding your reservation:
In order to secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. We accept payments via e-transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. Head over to our contact us page to start the reservation process.
Guests are responsible for all damages incurred during their stay. As well, guests will be charged a cleaning fee if the cabin is not left clean.
If you have more guests than the allotted amount for the cabin you have reserved, we are happy to accommodate, as long as there are enough sleeping facilities for everyone. Extra guests are charged $20 per night, per extra guest, beyond the cabin’s capacity.
Currency and Taxes
All rates and fees shown are in Canadian dollars. A 13% HST Tax will be added to all rates and fees.
We do not charge gratuities, we leave that up to individual guest’s discretion.
Full reservation deposits will be returned if notice is given 90 days prior to arrival date. After which, the deposit previously paid becomes a non-refundable cancellation charge.
Check-In time is 3:00 PM. If you arrive early and your cabin is ready, we will be happy to accommodate you.
Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. If you wish to stay later, you are more than welcome to do so, but must vacate your room by check-out time in order to provide cleaning staff enough time to prepare for the next guests.
Pets are $10.00 per day, per pet. Animals must remain on a leash at all times while outside. Furthermore, owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends.
